They have rats!
The first night we were there there was a rat in the pool. They told us the pool could be heated and charged us for the heat then refused to turn it on. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money back for that even though they said they refunded it they didn’t. They also waited until we got settled and then told me that someone was coming to fix the WiFi so we ended up having to babysit our belongings the entire day even though they said it would be only a couple hours he showed up at 8 am and didn’t finish until almost 2. The property manager does not answer the phone number provided and will not speak to you directly. The water pressure is on drip. The pool was green and cloudy the entire time we were there even though the manager said it was clean the day before and that it cleared immediately after we left magically. I would not recommend this property for anyone. Choose another one not ran by ITRIP VACATION OR SWEET HOME VACATIONS. They ruined my vacation and then blamed me for the issues. Terrible nightmare of an experience.
