Family vacation

The house was more than adequate for the family of 6. The furniture was worn but the beds were very comfortable. The children enjoyed staying in the themed bedrooms. The appliances thay we used worked.

Christmas Vacation

The property was exactly what we expected and worked perfectly. Everyone had their own space and we could all be together in the kitchen/living room. It was a well situated property and the lazy river was a hit. Would certainly consider going back again.

Great stay

House was as described and set up nicely for a family with plenty of room to spread out. The pool at the house was nice to come back to after spending a day at the parks. And although we only enjoyed the neighborhood pool one day, it was not overly crowded and kids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They loved the house. It was spacious enough of everyone to have their own rooms. The pool was the coolest. They left a nice welcoming gift, even though, I don't drink but it was a nice thought. Only had 30 minutes at the neighborhood pool and they rested in the hot tub and the lengthy track pool area. My eldest states that she would love to stay their again. The youngest liked it. I love the area, Four Corners has come up since 2019 when I first visited the area with another group. The close proximity to lots of things. The Walmart on N Old Lake Wilson Road was always packed and finally found a grocery store, Publix! Yes!! Well be back with FSVR, for sure!

Fun with family

We had a great time at your home. Our daughter and family rented the house down the street which made it so much fun. Everything is close to the home...Disney World, Crayola Factory, golf and restaurants. We look forward to returning next year!

The property > The property management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great for a family of 5. How ever, the property management do not meet the expectations of the property. Before check, call and confirm the instructions, especially 1) the door code 2) how many towels each person is allocated, 3) that they will be minimal supplies like, bathroom soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, paper towels, and something to wash dishes by hand.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. A nice place to relax after long days at the theme parks. There was some miscommunication regarding the wifi which was cleared up quickly by the management staff. Make sure to use the portal for all concerns. This was very helpful.One problem which is not Florida Spirits problem is the there was no T-Mobile cell signal in the house. I had to go outside or even leave the property entirely to make a call. I would recommend this rental.

Your Family Won't Enjoy This Pool!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was the house beautiful? YesWas the house comfortable? Yes, but, Mattresses were not in several bedrooms, but we were ok with that. Our Family was very disappointed that we could not use the pool during our entire stay. It was heartbreaking to see all our neighbors having fun, and we had to tell our grandchildren the pool was not working. our calls were ignored after the first day, we never heard from anyone after they told us the homeowners had to be contacted about the problem. Was our vacation ruined? definitely Not. but it was very sad everyday to see our grandchildren not be able to enjoy themselves at the house, which was suppose to be home away from home. which was rented because of a pool. Because we wanted privacy, we rented this house. We didn't want to share our vacation with others at a regular hotel. Upon arrival, first thing we did was check the pool. When we called to report pool wasn't even running (pump) We were asked what time we got there, because it was 1 or 2 minutes before REAL check in time? When we arrived in the area we found our location and the person in charge of setting the code for the house had finished and told us we could go in. It was really a few minutes, but we were asked what time we checked in, when we called about the pool. That's the first thing we all wanted to do. It was vacation time. Very sad about this. We have young grands and teens.

Pass on this house if you want something clean. The property manager clearly hasn’t been here.

When you first walk in it’s nice until you see the carpet, the pool, the shades, the nasty dirty giant clock on the stairs with three inches of dust on it. The pool was a big disappointment with it having a layer of bugs and film on top of it along with a sprite can on the bottom of the pool. The last day someone did come by and clean it but all week it was gross. There’s no skimmer to get the bugs out and the filter doesn’t run at all during the day. The carpet is absolutely disgusting with Stains all over on the first floor and second floor. This house is very poorly maintained as you see many different things just halfway fixed to get the next renter in there. I would love to share pictures of everything I just stated if management wants to see it. This is a slum lord property that needs work and a deep cleaning. I would never stay here again not worth the price. The master bedroom on the first floor mattress is completely shot to but hey it matches the rest of the property. What big disappointment Why keep a broken chair in the closet corner Vrbo? That made no sense to.

Reviewer Comments: House is in a great location and not too far from Disney and other attractions. Property amenities (clubhouse, pool, courts, etc) are well maintained and the staff was very friendly.This house definitely needs some TLC. When we arrived, we were greeted by an overwhelming food odor on the lower level, a musty odor heading up to the 2nd level and an overwhelming smoke/weed odor in the garage. There were several pictures/artwork missing off the walls evidenced by bare nails/screws in the drywall. One of the sitting chairs was broken and in a back closet with the leg of that chair left out on the dresser in the bedroom. We had 10 registered guests and were provided only 7 bath towels. There were towels that were soiled and bloodied that were left on the shelves of the laundry room. We were not provided any dish towels/linens for the kitchen. The pool skimmer basket was broken (dead frog floating inside) and the pool did filter properly. The carpet in this rental needs to be replaced in all areas as they are soiled and smelly. The bed linens in 2 of the rooms were stained and need to be replaced. Only 2 of the bathrooms had bath mats for getting out of the shower therefore those without provided slick wet surfaces when exiting the shower. There were cobwebs hanging from the lighting fixtures in the kitchen. The pillows are severely worn and almost flat.We attempted to reach the property management company by both online chat and phone to inquire about the pools filter system. We had to leave a voicemail and never received a return call during our 6 day stay. We heard back 24 hours later in the online "chat". We responded and never heard back. The communication with this management company is definitely lacking.We were pleased with the location and size of the rental but will look at other properties in the future.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home lacked care. The master bedroom were missing half of the blinds, there was a broken mirror on the wall, and the box spring in the master bed is broke. I sent pictures to management and no one came to do anything about it. I also requested a pool net and never received one. I placed a liaf of bread on top of the fridge when I took it down it was dirty. Took one of their towels to wipe it off and it was filthy. And just yesterday I received a bill for $186. I already disputed it. There is no way that vacation home should of been rented out. If they didn't have enough blinds(that's what I was told in the text message) they shouldn't of rented it out. And they also should of replaced the mirror. Now I believe that the homes aren't fully inspected and they do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning. I put blankets over the window to keep the sunlight out. And we had 2 different families stay next door and the pool was not cleaned between families. I still want to know what they are trying to charge me for. I wish I could post pictures.

Excellent Property

We rented this home for a family vacation/holiday. The layout was perfect. Each bedroom had a dedicated bedroom. The home was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was nicely heated with a nice outdoor sitting area. The management team was excellent and responsive. We had a lovely time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the pleasure of staying here 10/28/2021- 11/2/2021. We were a family of 8 and had more than enough space. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a lovely addition! I couldn’t pull the family away from it! It was large, clean and WARM. We enjoyed many nights swims as well. The only complaint would be the master bed on the first floor. Honestly, it sucks and in terrible need of replacing. We tossed and turned and it is very noisy and dented. Besides that, would absolutely stay again!!! Oh, and the clubhouse is a lovely addition as well! Very friendly staff and a very short drive across the neighborhood.
