The apartment was great! Clean, quiet, comfy beds, plenty of room, had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the communication leading up to the reservation. The other issue was we asked for an earlier check (had to call since no response through messaging the property which is an option) was told me could check in verified the access code was told that’s correct and would be no problem getting in. Unloaded both cars all 4 grandkids and rode the elevator up to the 3rd floor ( love the fact the apartment had elevators and no stairs to climb). Get to the door & the code will not work so called was on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally answer to find out there was some kind of malfunction. So with that all is understandable but……after 20 minutes of holding standing in the hallway waiting with no ac going on in the halls it was extremely hot. We were finally able to get it, and everything was great on the inside. So other than needing to work on the communication options, ac in the hallways & wait time to be able to talk to someone I would definitely recommend this place.

Check in time was 4pm we had planned ahead gone to grocery so we could be ready to go at 4. They had just started cleaning our room had to wait almost a hour before we got in, had cold and frozen food, had to throw away ice cream because it was melted. There was still food left from people before above fridge, bathroom garbage not changed, floor dirty so had to sweep it myself

Good building, grounds, parking, and communication from the property. Good shower, bed, and bedsheets. Living room furniture and flooring looked worn. Kitchen has everything. Some utensils were bent and worn. Has washer & dryer in unit. Balcony has a very nice garden view, but with roar of traffic from a nearby highway. Big, nice pool area with loud pop music playing through speakers Convenient- 10 minutes drive to convention center, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to Publix.

The property is quite nice and overall provides a comfortable stay. The only issue we noticed was a squeaking sound from the standing shower in the master bedroom. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had a pleasant experience.

It was convenient for 6 people. Every appliance worked well. Rooms and bathrooms were large. Loved the double sinks in the bathrooms. We didn’t use the tubs. The location of this building was great as it had a Publix right next door and it was close to Universal Studios, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Another plus, we were able to see a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony around 9pm (on Sunday night before Memorial Day). We did have some issues: it was inconvenient to have to drive to the pool. We did not like the shower in the main bathroom because it was not adjustable, and in the kitchen we had to buy a new pan because the one available was in pretty undesirable conditions.

This was my first stay at a Sonder. Me and my two sons absolutely loved it. It provided a great home base as I attended a conference and my young adult sons visited theme parks. Arrival was easy; the condo was clean, comfy, and well appointed. The pool and pool bar are a high point. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Orlando again. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall the property was fine. There were little things that impacted our rating. It could have been cleaner upon arrival (there were toenails on the floor in one bedroom) and the furniture was minimalist. For example the dresser in the master bedroom was tiny, no end tables in the living room and no TVs in the non master bedrooms. On the plus side though the washer/dryer was great to have and Sonder provided enough pods to do multiple washes. The location was great (halfway between Disney and Universal), and the pool area was very nice. The price was great for this size condo except I think charging $15 a day to park is kind of lame for this type of property. Check in was a breeze (all handled electronically) and the grounds were well maintained. There was a shopping area within walking distance with a supermarket and 6 dining choices.
