Reunion 2022

This house was absolutely wonderful! This is the 2nd time we have rented in this neighborhood. We had 20 guests total and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and having the pool in the backyard is so convenient. The waterpark in the neighborhood is perfect if you don’t want to head to the crowded parks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Horrible experience from booking to check-in

After 8 hours of being on the phone back and forth between VRBO and Encore, I was still unable to work out any issues. The check-in process took hours and many different forms to complete repeatedly. The front desk was lacking any knowledge of the process. No one phone number to contact the correct person in advance. No communication regarding check-in, authorized users, OR payment resolution. We will NEVER work with Encore again!
