“The place was much more spacious than I thought it would be, including the shower/bathtub area. Everywhere and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward and well explained. There are instructions on how to use all appliances on their website. I stayed on the 9th floor so the view from the balcony was beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough!”

“We enjoyed the excellent service from Keihan Universal Tower. The check-in & check-out procedure is smooth. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect for my kids bath together. The location is perfect for Universal Studios and there is a Family Mart just downstairs. We will definitely visit again if we go to Universal Studios Japan next time. ”
