I absolutely loved how clean and organized the hotel was! I found the bed comfortable, the locker fit all of my things, and it had plenty of common space where you could eat and drink on your floor. Having toiletries available was great for when you ran out (or forgot them).
There's a 7/11 barely 100m away, and lots of cafés & restaurants in the area, not counting all the options on Shinsaibashi-suji. I had a great five days here.
Nice and decent hotel to still in if you are on a budget. Though it would be great if there are more power plugs in the room and a full length mirror in the washroom
Excellent for solo travelers! Quiet area but still accessible to shopping areas. Everything is very clean inside the hotel. Excellent capsule room that I can stand and sit properly, just that the room is a bit too hot and mattress is too thin for me.
Highly recommended, staff is very friendly, the facilities are good, and is 10 minutes walking to Dotonbori.
The only thing is, one you close yourself in the cabin it gets very warm.
Everywhere is super clean and the personnel is very polite, patient, and helpful even for international guests (they speak English and on the reception desk they have a microphone and a screen that translates on real time).
They have shampoo, conditioner, soap, face and handwash, hairdrier, hair straightener and curler, makeup remover and its pads. Every guest is given a basket with a body towel, face towel, and foot towel (for the shower), and a pijama. You can change the basket every morning and receive a clean new one on the reception. This helps the ones who wish to pack light.
The location is near loads of food places and even Dotonbori. If I go to Osaka again i'm pretty sure I would stay here again as well.
Modern hostel with exemplary cleanliness, while the rooms lack a bit of privacy due to using drawn paper curtains instead of doors, having a space to myself beats sharing a bunk bed dorm with 7 other people anyday
Although my stay was exceptionally short, the staff were extremely helpful. They do speak English which made a big difference for a foreigner, located in the heart of Osaka where everything is close at hand. Superb hotel that I would recommend to anyone on a budget
The hotel itself and the staff was nice. The mens floor was just terrible though. Guys were stomping around at midnight and later, talking loudly, and not even trying to be quiet during quiet hours. One person used the one and only washer and dryer machine for almost a day and a half so I wasn’t able to clean my clothes until he decided to do his laundry. Since the doors have no locks and are essentially pull/draw screen doors, someone from my floor walked into my room while I was changing clothes. Overall, the staff and the hotel was fine, the mens floor itself was just not ideal for what I had hoped.
Honnêtement c’est très bien, propre et confort. Je ne mettrai pas la note maximal car je trouve que si les capsule pouvais se fermer/ouvrir avec une carte et que du coup on pouvait laisser nos affaires dedans au lieu des casiers.
