Our very first time in Osaka, we selected this for its proximity to the Bentencho station on the Osaka loop. Nice business hotel, received our delivered luggage from Kansai Airport, fantastic room on the 14th floor that was very chic for our traveling family with a great view of Osaka, and the breakfast was a nice selection. Definitely would stay again when in Osaka!

快適で駅前でとても便利でした。朝食はパンもおにぎりもせっかく個包装で良かったのですが、持ち出し厳禁の理由が不明でした。たくさん持っていく人がいるなら、1人の個数制限を設けるべきだと思いました。

大阪万博へ行くために宿泊しました。チェックイン時間よりもかなり早く行ったのですが、ホテルの駐車場に車を停めさせてもらえて(有料ですが)、荷物も預かってもらえたので、とても助かりました。

大阪万博で2回利用してます。駅からも近く、万博会場にも近く便利でよかったです。朝食も無料でおにぎりやパンなど豊富にありとても良かったです。また利用したいです。 6歳の孫ときましたが、万博でなくてもホテルだけ利用したいと言っておりました

フロント女性対応悪。なにを話しているのか全く聞こえない。何度も聞きかえす。チェックイン時、炎天下から到着して３０分近く立ったままで待たされる。ソファがもう少しあったら…同行者体調不良になりかけた。この感じなら、次回は利用しないかも。

忘れ物

電動歯ブラシなど高めの衛生用品一式をバスルームに忘れてチェックアウトしてしまったため、翌日電話で問い合わせたところ「保管していない」とのことでした。忘れ物は即捨てられてしまうようです。

駅前で便利です。ホテルの周りに飲食店もあり食事に困ることもありません。ホテルの１階にはコンビニもあるので、ないものをすぐに買いに行けます。部屋にはコンセントがたくさんあって、スマホやバッテリーの充電がスムーズにできました。
