「The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

「I had an wonderful 2 nights stay at Hotel Goryukan. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I cant recall the names of the staff, but I would like to thank the two staff on duty in the afternoon of 4 October 2026. They helped me to fill out the luggage delivery service card to my next hotel.
