「The office closes early so if you arrive after 5:00pm you can’t get ice and need to phone for any emergency That is my only negative. 」

「The fire place was nice and easy to control the temp. The television cable stopped working the second night in the middle of a show and wouldn't restart. The night staff had no idea how to fix it and was not helpful at all about getting it repaired.」

I am not typically one to leave poor reviews because I know times are hard everywhere, and people are doing their best… but I cannot let this slide. 「 Staff (Peggy) was very friendly and accommodating. Family and I used to come fairly often 25-30 years ago. Nice to see they have the same themed rooms. As always, being right on the ocean front, dealing with sand and TLC for the property is a constant job. I spent four nights there and really enjoyed myself. There was a time a number of years ago when they no longer allowed children. Not sure that is still the case, but would be worthwhile to check. 」

「Cleanliness was questionable, very outdated. Parts of the building were falling down. The room smelled like a lot of chemical cleaners and a horrible pee like smell underneath it all. Luckily I had a balcony room so I kept the door slightly open all night. 」
