“I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.”

“They’re really helpful. We arrived really late the night of check in and someone forgot to wait for us. My family and I had to sleep in the car that night. The next morning. I told the owner and management. Both were very responsive , issuing a credit for the prior day, providing many meal vouchers and extending their sincerest apologies. They did right by us.”

“As advertised, the motel was clean, close to Cooperstown, and (relatively) reasonably priced. The lake views are great, and the balconies nice places from which to enjoy it.”

“There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

“I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced……

“This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, it is conviently located to quick restaurants, the park, and downtown. The amenities were nice to use. Overall, I highly reccommend. Washer……
