“Pictures looked nice but the actual property is old. The lock on my door was loose, carpet coming up, the door stop was just sitting there not fixed to the floor. Ok but definitely needs maintenance.”

“We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years……

“Breakfast was average. No herbal tea. No fresh fruit. After asking, they brought out overripe bananas. Waited 20 min for scrambled eggs to be refilled. Room was clean, including bathroom. Good amount of air conditioning. All soaps were full.”

“The general manager was extremely rude to us and unhelpful, the room wasn’t cleaned for us while we stayed there, not worth the price you pay.”
