“This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Per instructions, I informed mgmt that I'd be arriving after regular check-in hours. When I arrived, there was no one at the property. When I called the manager, I was informed that I'd have to meet her at the train station several blocks away to get the keys. I informed her that I'd preferred not: I was a senior citizen with back problems and didn't want to be schlepping luggage in the dark. I was told it was the only way to get the……

“BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. I was asked to text a copy of my ID to some random number with no clue who would have access to my private information. The booking was “non-refundable”. After 20 plus……

“It was potentially dangerous to enter. No adequate locks on doors. Not recommended. ”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”

“The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”
