“I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. “The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there.”
