"Entrance to park and the scenic drive were close by. Interesting Ghost Town of Terlingua with restaurants minutes away. Dark sky at nighttime. It’s old but well maintained and clean."

"Overall we enjoyed the place . When looking out of the windows , the beautiful view was obstructed from windows that need to be cleaned . You might want to check water heater anode rod , The place is by itself offers the ultimate privacy . The kitchen was supper clean and well stocked for a great breakfast . We look forward to future stays at XB. M and D"

"New property made to look like an old western town. Our room was very clean. There it a large kitchen in one of the buildings to be shared by all guests. It was very well equipped and set up"

"Wonderful stay with Jim! Easy check-in, beautiful property, and prime access to Big Bend. A/C was out due to power issues on the property, but Jim did his best to ensure that we were comfortable throughout the stay, even offering an additional day free-of-charge. I decided on a book instead! Because we had to keep the windows/doors open for ventilation, it got pretty buggy inside, but it's kinda what you'd expect (1) being in nature and (2) leaving the windows/doors open for 48 hours. Kitchen is basic, but has most of the necessities (a stove, cutlery, plates, glasses). I still had a wonderful time!"

"We loved Space Cowboys. It was quirky and fun and family friendly. The hammocks were a favorite for my family. We watched the sunset from there each evening. I underestimated the steepness of the climb to Pod 12, but we handled it just fine, especially with the atv service to help with luggage. We loved having Dingus come by to say hello. He was friendly and playful. The location was nice and quiet, and it wasn't far from town when we needed to buy things."

"Very thoughtfully-appointed VRBO and everything was as-described. The pool is great after a day of hiking Big Bend. The hosts have a guidebook that we found useful and were great with their communications. Would definitely seek to stay here again if we come back to this area in the future."
