“Croquettes were very good. Breakfast was above average but slow service. Loud music next door late at night which wasn’t great after a long drive.”

“Awful place, room was described as having an ensuite, the shower was in the bedroom with a toilet in a closet, mould and water damage directly outside the room, mould all over the room, when we told them we had to leave they still charged us for 2 nights when we didn't stay there at all and had booked it on the day”

“Not the pictures used to advertise the property. Hair and old guests stuff left behind, odd smell and generally not a nice stay, also right by a building site so lights were everywhere”

“Well fitted lounge and kitchen area which was very clean and well presented. Main bedroom was snug, 2nd bedroom would easily accomodare 3 children and bathroom was well fitted but with very temperamental shower. The whole propety was very clean and had the best towells I have ever come across in any accommodation! The Host has given a lot ofthought to guests with a great selection of videos,games and books The garden is sadly very overgrown and the site on which the chalet stands has very few……

“on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.”

“Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. Lovely quality bedding, pillows etc. We loved the swimming pool, showers and changing rooms - great. The outside jacuzzi which you swim out through the pool doors to get too. We could have stayed……

“The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. We had a coffee maker and yummy biscuits in our room. We also had dry robes in the wardrobe to use at the beach over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner. They were very good at accommodating my husbands food allergies and had plant based alternatives for him. Even his dessert was delicious where oftenhe finds he……

“Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them.”
