"Beautiful property. Setup was perfect. If you're a beer drinker, just know it's only Heineken and DosXXs. They do provide Tecate light for the rooms, but Dos seems to be the beer of choice there. My family of four had a great time, not many activities for the littles, but luckily they love the ocean and the beach, so we were good. One of the of the only properties on this side that actually has their own private beach. Cozumel is separated by private beach clubs, and we were lucky to find a resort that has an actual beach with native sand.."

"The resort is clean but outdated. Getting the Preferred upgrade is not worth the money. The food is average to poor. If you want a good steak at this resort you will not find that, it is all tough flank steak at every restaurant. The best food we had at the resort was Gohan and Oceana. The french restaurant Bourdeux was not good, food was luke warm. Most of the staff are very friendly. Francisco the Preferred pool bartender is not very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff are wonderful, they try very hard with the tools that they have. The sun loungers around the preferred pool are in very poor condition, you have to sort through the chairs to get one that the backrest stays up and the bars on the frame are not hurting your backside because the screws are broke on the bars that hold the fabric up and tight to the frame which creates the support. I visited this resort 7 years ago and it was excellent. I wanted a fun alcohol shot for my friends birthday, the Bumble Bee. I had this on my birthday on my previous visit,and was told the staff is not allowed to make these anymore or any other "FUN" shot. The only shots you can get are strait shots of Tequila and vodka etc. After working so hard to save money for a vacation in Cozumel I was very disappointed and will not be back to this resort again which is very sad because the beach and location are excellent."

"Our stay at L’and was incredible. We had 14 people staying, and no one had to share a bed.The house itself is enormous, and perfect for a big family or multiple families staying together. The bedrooms are all large and luxurious. There is a huge space inside for cooking and gathering. Everything is high end, and built for luxury. Outside is absolutely perfect. Everything is top notch. The pool is huge and amazing.Each day Victor (the caretaker) cleans up outside and resets all of the lounges, etc.Nelly and Carolina come each day to clean, make beds, clean towels, etc.The beach is incredible. You can drive or take the golf carts. Victor can take the umbrellas and chairs down any time you want to go to the beach. He is awesome. Sandra will be your main point of contact before the trip and during. Take advantage of her concierge services, she is incredible. Make sure to download WhatsApp to help with communications with all of the Luxury Cozumel team.We took advantage of the private chef for 3 dinners. If we made one mistake, it was not using Sandra’s Kitchen for all meals. Don’t make the same mistake: just book the private chef for all your meals. It is the best way to relax. The food is incredible.Also use Sandra’s kitchen to fully stock the kitchen. The price is reasonable and it is super convenient. We will be back soon and will always stay with Luxury Cozumel!"

Allegro Cozumel All Inclusive

"We really enjoyed our stay at Allegro. I really like the accommodations with the hammock on the porch. It feels like the Caribbean.. Food at the restaurants was good but much better at the specialty restaurants. The beach is beautiful. I only have one concern because I have been going to Cozumel for years. Sings to be aware of Crocodiles was very concerning to me. And then to find out there was an attack not far from from Allegro in April 2026. I was disappointed that now you have to be weary about being on the beach after dusk. This is the first time I have heard of this danger. I definitely won't be going back to Occidental since that is where the crocodile lives but he has been down to Allegro. I know the staff and management want everyone to be safe but I feel it is a fatality waiting to happen. It almost did in April. We still enjoyed our stay at Allegro."

"The host was excellent at responding to messages from the day we booked. The condo looks just like in the pictures. It is very spacious and nicely finished. Everything you could want in a kitchen is provided. The balcony offers a lovely ocean view of the ships coming in with brilliant sunsets. The cleaning staff here are outstanding! Sunset grill across the street is a good place to eat. Other restaurants are also near by. It is a 30 minute walk into town where you can find many nice restaurants. "
