「Quite quirky but charming. Very helpful staff. Central but not in a noisy area of town. Some rooms have only a frosted glass screen between bedroom and bathroom, which I guess some guests might find a little too intimate. The shared kitchen is available to use, except at breakfast, so you can make drinks etc. The big fridge for drinks etc was awaiting repair - hopefully fixed by now.」

「The drawback is if it’s rainy day, you won’t have much hot water for shower. The first night when we arrived at hotel was a rainy day so we barely had a hot shower. The host was super nice and will offer free breakfast. 」

「Lovely hotel - we spent 5 nights there as a family of 4 to celebrate my wife’s 50th. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave her a personal card and made her a birthday cake and the whole staff inc the management came to our table to wish her well - it was a lovely moment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to clean and maintain throughout the day. The work ethic is very clear and you get the feeling that everyone who works there cares about...

「A-mazing ! A room with ‘a view’ of the river , perfect. This hotel has a perfect riverside position. The staff are very welcoming and helpful , nothing too difficult. This residencial has huge charm and retains lots of the original features. Lovely outside area to appreciate your brekky , which is an excellent very varied buffet breakfast, yum!
