「My kids and I went down to Kema for Mother’s Day weekend, and this is the perfect hotel to stay at. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk you do not have to pay for parking and there are tons of eating places and shops on your way to the boardwalk that occupy most of your time. It was perfect. 」

「Check in was difficult. As a Hilton Honors member, I had already checked in via the app and should have only had to show my ID to the front desk to activate my keyless entry. However, the guy at the desk would not check me in because he was helping another customer (who was on her cell phone talking to someone so he wasn't actually doing anything) for 15 minutes or so. That kind of defeats the purpose of pre-check in and keyless entry if you can't get your keys because the desk won't help 2...

「The customer service upon check in was amazing. The shuttle driver was absolutely THE WORST! I have never felt so disrespected. The hotel does not deserve a zero but the shuttle driver should not be a front facing customer support. HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS」
