「Central location, nice amenity, and excellent service.」

「入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。」

「住了五晚，地點方便，週遭安靜，路口就有幾間好吃的餐館，可惜沒時間品嚐飯店的餐廳，床墊舒適，備品充足。」

「This was a great hotel to stay at for our base in Rome. Check in was easy and Christine (front desk) and all the staff were very friendly. She provided us great tips on restaurants and they can help you book any tours. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and many tourists attractions including the Colosseum. The room we had is nicely updated. It was clean with a comfortable bed and a desk. The washroom is small, but that is typical in Rome. They also had an option for a paid breakfast...

「the hotel located in good location for tourist as there are shops and restaurant all around the building, good atmosphere, but the location is not easy to access by taxi. Hotel staffs are very good and helpful. Room and bed condition is a bit old and not comfortable, while bathroom is dark and narrow.」

「這間飯店待了三個晚上，最大的優點是離車站很近，步行十分鐘內可達，公車或地鐵都非常方便，很喜歡飯店附近的一家甜點店DAGINO，很多義大利甜點可以選擇。但房間設施有待改進，半夜會發出『兜兜兜』的聲音，而且我換過房間，前後兩間房間都有這種聲音，不知道是熱水器還是什麼發出的聲音，還有浴室熱水非常慢熱，備品不是很足夠。房間燈光過於昏暗，燈光調控的設施也不是很靈敏。不過飯店人員都很不錯，因為原本是離電梯太遠的最後一間房間，當我要換房間的時候，也很配合，打掃阿姨或工作人員幾乎都很熱情會跟你打招呼，房間清潔度也很好。」

「該飯店地點不錯走路皆可到達各個觀光景點，早餐雖然樣式少但緊緻好吃，員工熱情，唯沒有像樣的大廳比較不方便。 The location is good, you can walk to various tourist attractions. Although the breakfast is few styles but it is compact and delicious. Lobby is inconvenient.」

「It is not convenient for travelers. Far away from Rome central. Although near to train station, the frequency of train is low. The selection of food in the restaurant is limited. The English of the staff (except the ones in reception desk) is not good as I expected.」

「I will stay here each time we return to Rome. Clean, very responsive staff, and an under advertised roof top bar only for hotel guests. It comes with a fully stocked bar and ability to order food. We watched many sunsets from there. This hotel is centrally located and each tourist sight in Rome is walkable. This hotel is easy to get a taxi from and has the option for breakfast too. One night our AC wasn’t working and someone was at our hotel in under 5 minutes to fix it. When it could not be...

「La Residenza is a small boutique hotel - just my style. The lcoation - just off Via Veneto is quite convenient. The front staff provides great information and readily sets up taxis when needed. The breakfasts are fantastic - a good variety and fresh fruit and delicious coffees. Mauro was quite helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend La Residenza and would stay there again.」
