“小而美且精緻的酒店，服務態度非常好。附近有不少咖啡廳，小餐廳，旁邊廣場早上還有市集，很好的環境。”

“If you love the Roma style in general, you'll love this hotel. A very convenient location in the core of the city, unbelievably quiet within the hotel territory. Rooms are clean and the staff are gentle and helpful. Norman from the hotel restaurant is a model of the high standard service.”

“Excellent in every way”

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……

“Neat and tidy with wonderful staff. Location is very good as you can go to all the attractions within 30 minutes on foot. ”

“方便”

“The hotel is great as was breakfast on the beautiful roof. But concierge staff was uneven. Some were not familiar with area and gave poor directions and one forgot to make taxi reservation to airport. Bathroom and bed and pillows are very comfortable. Any improvements would be to get drawer space and have some outlets that include ports for electronics.”

“Exactamente bien. Muy limpio y atentos sus empleados.”

“酒店服务态非常好，房间比较干净，早餐建议可以更丰富些，有一些水果不太新鲜。总体来说是一家不错的酒店。”

“Our cab driver dropped us off at the piazza entrance to an street market and graffiti covered buildings and I asked if this was the correct location. I was a little concerned with our choice of lodging, as the area looked more like a homeless camp. We had difficulty locating the entrance as it is not well marked on the outside but once inside, the noise of the street disappears and the quiet of the garden welcomes you. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.……

“very very nice location and the suite room is super fancy！”

“挺好的.電梯很小.地點有點不方便。但房間是乾淨的。”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful providing maps, cappicchino and how to unlock the locked doors We had a problem using the wallplugs and the safe in our room No iron or ironing board in our room but cleaning staff provided clean towels each day Our overall stay we would rate 3 out of 5”
