"I regret not getting ocean view. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was a big tree in the way to at least view a bit of the ocean. Oh well, it’s not the trees fault lol. The hotel is clean and the pool is excellent. The bathroom in my room was a bit small. The bathrooms do not have ventilation so that’s not good. The public restroom near the lobby needs attention. I went there twice on different days and there wasn’t toilet seat covers. Boooo!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we already miss Hawaii!! Thank you for our stay. "

"Been there many times but first time in a room at ground level next to the freeway. It was noisy all night. I had to turn off the window AC which also noisy. I also saw cockroach on the desk. "

"We had an ocean view room and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The building is a little old and the elevator situation can be a mess sometimes but the staff, the breakfast upstairs, the views, the tiki bar downstairs, and all the extras we get for staying at this hotel, make up for it. I will definitely be back. "

"Great view. No hassle from timeshare sales. Loved the amenities. Auntie Reasa doing the cultural activities great. Please take advantage of them. Not planning on them but one of the highlights of trip. The garden at Dole plantation was beautiful. Enjoyed our trip. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat. "
