“We chose this hotel because we were planning to attend an event at a nearby beach. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. However, staying at this hotel turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly, almost as if we had known them for years, but never in an intrusive way. They had just the right balance of warmth and friendliness that made us feel completely……

“Lovely room, very spacious and cosy”

“Good location hotel needs an uplift Water pressure in room is awful the shower was just a trickle! Car park ..poor road to access it..nice breakfast tho!”

“First of all the front desk service was exceptional, it was our first time visiting Tenby and we had booked a restaurant in the town. The lady on the reception gave us an A4 map and highlighted our route so we could walk from the hotel, which only took us approx 10 mins to reach, simply above and beyond. On entering our room (No.4) we were immediately amazed by the generous size of the room and the incredible view of the golf course and surrounding scenery, and on top of that it had a balcony……

“Very nice room, staff lovely and very breakfast.”

“Perfect destination to recharge. Lovely staff.”

“Lovely stay at The Falcon. Breakfast was superb and staff were exceptional. Super friendly and personal. The room was functional and clean - everything was just great. Highly recommend it!”

“Enjoyed a quiet night above the pub. Food available in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff at check in and out. Plentiful parking available. Good location in South Wales.”

“EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. TOP CLASS MEALS WITH GOOD CHOICE. FREE AND HEARTY BREAKFAST WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. EVERYTHING SO WELL PRESENTED. BAR HAD GOOD CHOICE OF DRINKS, ALSO VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE TOWN'S MAIN ATTRACTION - THE CASTLE. A VERY RELAXED ATMOSHERE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM.”

“Room 5, fantastic view to wake up to, each morning. Huw was a lovely host, available and helpful. Plentiful breakfast. Quiet, but seemingly full. Lovely comfortable bed. Parking next door at £10 for 24 hours.”

“This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me”

“The food was amazing. The grounds are lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. The accomodation was fantastic,l. We had the Sorrel junior suite which is ideal for a couple with a dog. Private garden and lounge area and bedroom area mean sleeping without the dog in the same room is a nice treat”
