We loved our stay at Palm Beach Club! Pensacola Beach is a wonderful place to vacation; beautiful gulf views on one side and the bay on the other! We enjoyed both bodies of water during our stay. The property is well maintained, has awesome amenities and is safe. The condo was well equipped, comfortable and large enough for our family of five. We loved this more secluded end of P’Cola beach but could be to restaurants, groceries, activities and shopping within minutes. We’ll be back!

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time visiting! It’s such a great location, away from all the large-scale condominiums. We had a beautiful view of the gulf side & bay. Also, door dash delivers here so we didn’t have to go out for groceries, they were delivered while getting beach time!

The beach and bay right outside our door.we liked being at the very end of the area by Ft Pickens, great restaurants close by. Only complaints are the mattresses pretty wore out and needs new kitchen pans and utensils. We made great memories and highly recommend staying here lots of beach chairs and supplies

A wonderful summer getaway!

This is our second time staying at this property and it does not disappoint. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The views are phenomenal! Our boys had plenty of games and toys to stay entertained when not chasing seagals on the beach! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Host and condo were great. This condo has plenty room for everyone. We were 6 adults and a one year old. Perfect location with ocean views. The ocean is just a short walk across the street and out your door is the Sound if you don’t want waves. The Sound was great for our granddaughter. Loved our stay!!!

Great Family Spot

We enjoyed our stay here - great location - allowing you to either pick the sound side (calm) or the beach side (waves) as well as the pool. Located right next to public parking and for my kids, a Kona Ice Truck! The place was clean, comfy beds and an awesome loft upstairs for the kids. Air conditioning worked really well and having the rooms on the bottom floor made it very nice for sleeping. The FREE trolley has a stop right out front of the building and can take you all over Pensacola Beach - makes for a great DD! Make sure to bring your own paper towels, trash bags (things like that) as they do not provide unless someone prior leaves extra. This property is run by a company that has lots of other properties and may not know everything about that unit, so make sure you read the welcome info etc as there were things (like a storage closet with beach toys) that we were told they didn't have, but after reading the info, bonus they did! Overall great stay and would return!

Family vacation

Property location was perfect for us. Away from all the traffic but still close enough to go grab dinner/shopping/fun stuff. Having the beach and bay right there on each side of the complex was great, plus the pool. If traveling with a toddler, I would not recommend due to the amount of stairs. We had a toddler (almost 3) and I didn’t think about her having to go up and down so many stairs inside and out of the condo. Condo was clean and nice, we enjoyed the stay. There were some slight cosmetic things that could be fixed (master shower leaking, some tiles broken on stairs, master bed seemed to have springs broke or something bc it was super loud on one side when laying down). The younger ones loved the nook that had games, dolls, and a little sofa. Check in was incredibly easy and convenient.

Amenities and location were as described with easy access to the Gulf and the Sound side. The only down side, and I am nitpicking, the upkeep of the property needs some maintenance. Some fresh paint, repair of wood trim, 1/4 round, baseboards throughout the house. Shower head in the main bedroom’s bathroom didn’t work properly and had to be raised and lowered with a clamp. Ventilation fan for the microwave that appears to be routed to the exterior looks to be held together with duct tape, so don’t try blackening any fish or shrimp, or you’ll be smoked out of the kitchen. Owner was very responsive and got back to me within minutes and open to repairs that I noted.

3 day weekend enjoyment

Beaches were much closer than the photos show. That was a surprise. If you are looking for a lot of space then this is it. Kids area upstairs, large living area on main floor and 2 more huge bedrooms and bathrooms on lower floor. Lots of stairs coming into unit and in the unit itself, so be aware if you have knee problems this is not the condo for you. A lot of little things were broken in the unit, loose, worn out or not working exactly as they should have been, but I guess that would be because the unit has kids in it often. It is located on a quiet end of town, but the public beach across the street can get quite crowded on holidays. The day after the holiday it was back to normal. If you stay here you definitely need to go visit Fort Pickens which pretty much borders the property. The beaches there are quiet and uncrowded and the fort is interesting to see and explore. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay.

WOW!

My goodness, this place is immaculate! If you think it's nice in the pictures, wait until you see it in person! This condo is HUGE! Out of all the places we've stayed in, this one tops them all. Between the location being perfectly set between the bay and the boardwalk to the beach, the views, the effortless walk to each side, and the pool being in the parking lot, it was much more than we expected. There was plenty of room for the whole family to comfortably relax in the condo, and the play loft definitely topped it off! 3 showers made our evenings so smooth. The bay area is literally the back yard of this place and it has a play area. The pool had a beautiful view of the bay and the beach was amazing and not crowded at all. The locker filled with beach chairs, floats, toys, etc., made our swim trips even that more fun and lessoned the load we had to pack. There's an elevator as well so you don't even have to use the stairs to get to the level of the condo. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub with ocean views, as well as the bedroom itself and the main floor! You can't get a better place to vacation at. Kudos to the owners for sharing this home. We had a blast and will definitely be back!
