「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。早餐多士嚴重燒焦。房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝，非常嘔心反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口任何人都可出入），根本冇窗，因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「WHAT A FIND!!!! A real gem After being let down with our original booking, we found the Black Lion Hotel. It's set in a small, quiet village near the river. We had a superb evening meal, the pub was busy in both the bar and restaurant area all evening, which is always a good sign.... the food was superb, service was excellent The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy. 「Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.」

「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Belmont Hotel in Llandudno, Wales. We really didn't know what to expect, but we enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the elevated views from the pub/outdoor seating area and we were able to find convenient overnight parking nearby. I would stay there again.」
