Red Carpet Inn Philadelphia hotels

"Property is excellent as far as cleanliness and spacious. Elevators are a pain. There are 3 but they are very small and only fit3-4 ppl. Takes a long time to come. There is a no smoking policy, fine is $500 if caught smoking on property. Thats fine, but when someone doesn't follow the rules the smoke alarm went off at 2am and everyone forced to evacuate standing outside for over an hour in the cold. They issued a parking credit which was appreciated. Very nice hotel with little hiccups. 15 min walk to convention center and reading terminal. "

"This property boasts about indoor pool they fail to say not heated mine as well been outside so cold....useless plus cloudy staff boasts " been working here 12 years " but hand you keys to room with 0 instructions..no park here or the elevators are here nothing....then 2 out of 3 elevators broke...i was in rm 828 it should have been pulled from inventory one queen bed broken.....doubletree hilton????? More like motel 6...sorry motel 6 they give u bad name...NEVER AGAIN AND IM Hilton Honors..."

"Not happy with this location, room said non smoking but it absolutely had a lingering smell of smoke, shower didn’t work properly, and whenever the room adjacent used the shower a loud noise came into the room (including at midnight and early in the morning ) "
