「Hoghly recommemd! The photos make it look like 5 star luxury. At least thays what i thought when i saw the photos lol. Its not that. But its clean, convenient, and landlord is so friendly. He took ne on his moped to get juice and cash on the first night. He also moved my laundry from washer to dryer while i was out of town. So nany food options nearby!」

「The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. 「Made it halfway around the world with my reservation ready only to find a nice French couple had also rented the same unit. No notification, no warning. The owner apparently listed on several sites and doesn't check messages as often as perhaps she should. We used agoda to find a hotel nearby, which I recommend anyone considering this property also do. Save yourself the headache and scramble to find some other place at the last minute.」

"The weather in Hanoi is hot in April and I'm glad I chose to stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi for three nights. The hotel lobby manager helped us solve everything and added very pleasant memories to my trip^^ I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Hanoi. It is a high-end hotel with a spa, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and has an excellent location. Whether you are on a business trip, traveling, shopping, or eating, it is very convenient. At least that's how I feel! Travelers who want to travel to Hanoi are definitely the right choice to stay here^^ Thanks again to Mary, the hall manager for accommodating our request. We received a small gift at the end, which was a surprise^_^"
