"The staff was not clear on how things would be charged to my card and they were charging things at 3am. I thought it was fraud until speaking to 3 different people. The property is under construction and this resulted in limited parking, increased noise, and a nail that punctured the tire of our car. Most things are outdated. The game room had only 3 games in there and it was lack luster. They needed more for the guests and children to do. It took a very long time to get food from Rum Runners, one of the restaurants on the property, and the food was not good. It's not a terrible property, but I'd wait until after the construction is complete to give them another chance.
The guys working on the beach selling cabanas were very kind. I'd give an A+ to them."
