“The host was very responsive and the home was nice and clean. ”

“Its a small apartment. The base boards look like they were cleaned with muddy water, the shower is heavily stained. Its in a terrible neighborhood. Bullet holes in the post right outside the front door!”

“Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. ”

“Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!”

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. I travel to this area to care for my father often and I typically stay at the Holiday Inn in Pineville. However, I wanted more options, to save money, have more room, be able to cook my own meals, and park close to my room. This VRBO checked all those boxes. Now the……

“I sincerely appreciated my stay. Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. Communication with the property Manager was on-point and immediate. The property was FULLY stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, fridge, dish towels, everything! The temperature control was easy to manipulate and kept me comfortable. The……

“Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if……

“This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.”

“Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria.”

“Unfortunately left a day early because of the conditions. Photos will be provided. There were stained linens, bugs, breast milk left in the microwave, as well as pliers in the pull out couch. The odor was also potent. While we stuck it out for one night, we decided to leave entirely because of these conditions. Very disappointed as the photos portrayed a clean & comfortable stay. Photos of outside would have also been appreciated as the area was not ideal. Seemed to be unsafe. The cleanliness……

“We went to the bar/restaurant when we got in. As we walked over to bar, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us, they did not. Bar was not busy 2 others were sitting there. Noted the manger of bar was there at time David, he didn't bother looking our way. Even if it were busy I would expect, "We will be right there." That didn't happen. That manger needs a lesson in customer service. Other than that the stay was fair.”

“Very new hotel. Spotless. Lovely decor. All staff were so accommodating. Spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast. Lounge area very modern. We would stay here again.”

“Plan to go out for breakfast as the offered breakfast from the hotel is terrible.”
