Great location and stay!

This property was such a convenient and easy stay for exploring downtown and attending concerts! The check in and out process was easy, the property was clean, looks exactly as it does in the listing and the host is very responsive.

Good for short stay

The stay was a bit different from what the photos suggested — the floors were somewhat stained and the overall feel was a bit cheap. However, communication with the host was great, and overall it was a nice stay. The location is nice, right across from PPG Arena, with very convenient parking. We stayed for just one night, so it served its purpose well.

Reasonable

Property location and amenities are solid. Short walk and you’re right in the heart of the action. Plus, there’s a Starbucks downstairs! My only real complaint is the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced and it’s just very plain. There could be more art or fun stuff to differentiate from a normal hotel room. Other than that, we had a blast and we’re only in the unit to sleep really.

Very Nice Apartment in a Great Location

Good accessibility to downtown Pittsburgh including PPG Paint Arena. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen with everything you need but your food. Nice view of the area. Restaurant and Starbucks in the building.

The location is perfect. Right across the street is PPG Arena. So very many things are within walking distance that once you park your car you don’t need it again until you check out, or unless you want to go to one of the outer neighborhoods. You can’t get into the parking lot for your apartment until 4, which is a bummer, particularly in downtown Pittsburgh, and particularly on a Friday. If you come early, you have to pay to park elsewhere, then move your car. It would be much more convenient if you could park by 3. The apartment is wonderful and clean and the location makes the extra money for parking acceptable if not ideal. I highly recommend this place. Also, Alexander was prompt in responses.

I Enjoyed My Stay in DT Pittsburgh!

Great location, the view is insane, ceiling to wall windows, has all the amenities you need, lots of seating available for a gathering before you head out for a night on the town, bed is very comfortable, lots of closet space, perfect for 1 business traveler who wants tons of room or a couple, anything above 2 and you may be on couch, fridge is full size so you can shop and store things for meals to save money, walking score is high, takes about 8 minutes to head over pedestrian bridge to downtown shops/restaurants but know Sundays/Mondays are dead downtown, especially Sundays, hard to find a lot open, definitely check out Fifth Ave Place, the Strip Districts and maybe a game at PPG stadium, you are right next to it, when traveling to the building for the first time, this is directly inside the Marriott City Center building so it's the same thing but the Washington Place entrance is at the back of the Marriot, overall a great stay, remember that you are responsible for trash so I would just use one take out bag and put all your trash in that so it's easy to carry out, they tell you to go down to basement but that's not necessary if you plan ahead, bring your own K-Cups too, they don't provide, they do have some glassware which is great, bring your own bar of soap as there isn't any in bathroom, there are only 2 shower towels so keep that in mind if you have more than 1 person, there are no outlets with USB or USB-C so bring your adapter just in case, TV remote may not work
