「Second year in a row me and husband come here! We asked for a room with a corner balcony and got it :) The hotel is nice, clean and have a good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options, just a bit crowded and you have to wait in line for some popular things, like the coffee. 「Amazing location - across the road from the Palace and the Cathedral. Managed to see the King of Spain who was leaving the palace at the same time we left the hotel. Able to walk to an amazing beach, harbour for a boat trip and in the central location for everything in Palma. Hotel was charming and spotless, breakfast was excellent and staff were all brilliant.」

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
