TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FROM BRIC INTERNATIONAL

I messaged Bric International after our stay and was ghosted. They never responded to our communication, even though they knew they were at fault for this property. They had lined up a longer term stay for the property and it seems like they were fine screwing us over. There were a myriad of issues with the place, many of which were not addressed and inexcusable. Here is the short list of issues we experienced: Side entry door to laundry room does not lock Gas burners for stove are faulty and inoperable Oven is faulty and inoperable Water heater does not heat water and when it does, it’s scalding / freezing Dishwasher is inoperable No Dishwasher soap or manual for how to operate No Paper Towels Lights in Master Bedroom flickered all night (12/2-12/3) - lights were removed and left next to right hand side of bed Front Left Bedroom is not a bedroom (i.e. no blankets/extra pillows anywhere) Pool was freezing cold, no heater @Bric, you should hold yourselves accountable.
