"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home. The setting alone is unforgettable—every evening brought breathtaking sunsets right from the house, making it the perfect place to unwind and take it all in.While the ocean directly in front of the house isn’t ideal for swimming due to the rocks, it’s just a short walk to an excellent surfing spot, which more than made up for it. The location really offers the best of both worlds: peaceful views and easy access to the water.One of the standout features was the daily housekeeping, which made the stay feel effortless and truly relaxing. Everything was always fresh and well cared for.Juan Pablo and Olga were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. "Kitchen was old, not well equipped, lighting poor, ants everywhere especially at night. There were no shops near by, you needed a car to get to them. The gordwalk was treacherous , old and dangerous for walking, wooden boards cracked, missing and installed far aoard. Beds were nice and clean but floors were old and looking not very clean. stoned wall in the bathrooms was rough, dirty and full of insects. Shower heads were poor. "

"Host was very responsive, house was everything we needed. Good location, easy 5 minute drive to Playa Avellanas , 15 minute drive to Playa Negra and 30-40 minute drive to Tamarindo. We had a great stay. Enjoyed the Costa Rican wildlife right from the property. We were able to see both howler monkeys and macaws. Magnificent French coffee and bakery across the street. "
