「The property was beautiful. Everyone in the resort was extremely friendly and warm, especially, the 2 bartenders by the pool bar, Marcos and Manuel. Marcos and Manuel took an interest with everyone who visited the pool bar. They were both very attentive and caring with all of our drink orders. They made the whole trip more fun and welcoming. Would definitely recommend our friends and family to this resort but especially to visit Marcos and Manuel.」

「Our stay here was great, well advertised to what it is. Staff is helpful and kind. Good food and smoothies available at price. Pool was enjoyable and clean. About 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a restaurant beside the hotel so there is a dull sound of music in the evenings. I am a light sleeper and did not find this a problem. Bed is firm but was not a problem either. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The hotel also had good wifi, so my husband could do some work and also...

「Well maintained and the property itself is quiet. The on site restaurant was nice and they make great breakfast and nachos. The a/c was quiet and efficient. Great location for beach access and every restaurant you can imagine. Farmers market nearby 2 days a week. Bring ear plugs for potential howler monkeys and the bar nearby that plays music until 2am. 」

「The room was perfect, and even though it was right off a busy road was quiet. Nice pool with swim up bar. The included breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped. My only neg comment in the party on Friday that went from 8:00p to 2:30A was incredibly loud, the hotel should definitely make a point to ensure guests are aware of this. 」

「Staff was phenomenal! After some travel difficulties they waited for me and my wife to arrive the night we flew in. Their recommendations for places to see were always spot on. Charlie was the number one staff member!! Carlos and Virginia were always happy to answer questions and let us know about different areas to visit. Will definitely be going back when we travel to Costa Rica again. 」

「Atmosphere and food are excellent. Location is close to nice beach and you can take a water taxi to Tamarindo. The rooms are ok but the mattresses definitely need replacing as well as the fridge. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at El Moro. Hotel was near downtown. Staff was very nice, atmosphere too. Our breakfast was included. Great place to enjoy your afternoon by the pool and party at night . They do play club music all day long, close to midnight. Jope to come back soon. 」

「The internet quality is not so good, make sure to reserve a room with AC if you don’t like the heat. The road to the cabinas is. Very bad but that I guess is true for anywhere in Costa Rica」

「The best place for staying at Tamarindo! it´s very close to the town centre; you can rent a surfboard at the Hostel and go walking to the beach which takes 5 minutes. The place is very nice, swimmingpool, Chillout Zone,...and the most important thing is the good energy that you can feel there thanks to the Staff.」

For the price we expected a grand lobby entrance etc. We quickly realized (when Edwardo called us by name) that this would be a much different stay! Suzanna gave us a tour of our amazing room and the rest of the grounds and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised! We stayed two nights in the Luna room, and wished we had stayed 4. The environment, accommodations, people, food,…I could go on…were exquisite and it was exactly...
