「We liked the views and garden but the building had the decor, ambience and rules of a retirement institution. The front of staff was unwelcoming and the top floor room we were given was small and inferior, with dated fittings. no TV or kettle and stained carpets (unlike what we saw in the photos) and not acceptable for the price. We would not recommend.」

「The room service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The onsite restaurant and bar were very good. There was a variety of items to choose from.」

「A limpeza da propriedade é, de fato excelente. De se notar apenas que os colchões estão precisando de troca, nota-se um afundamento excessivo. O quarto tem uma pequena e agradável varanda havendo porém, apenas uma fina cortina de algodão, tapando os vidros da respectiva porta. Isso faz que, com o alvorecer, o quarto fique absolutamente claro. Quanto aos funcionários não nos encontramos com nenhum.」

「I rented the suite. Comfortable bed and spacious. Had a big fridge but just a hot plate, toaster and microwave. No garbage or dish soap in the kitchen. When I asked the guy behind the desk seemed surprise I was talking about a kitchen. So, not bad, but do wish it was actually setup to make some food.」

「The house did not meet our expectations and we would not recommend it.Whereas we liked the view and the pool, the rest of the house should be renovated. Everything seemed a bit old-fashioned, unkempt and run-down.The worst thing was that it was dirty when we arrived. Altough the property manager arranged a cleaning service on the next day, after we complained, the first impression remained and that was unacceptable. So we felt really uncomfortable on the first day and not welcomed. 」
