「Nice stay in beautiful Marblehead. Pros: Great location to sites and beach. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Bright, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Beautiful grounds. Convenient, free off street parking Cons: I must have read old info. No breakfast or bikes on hand. The brief time I met staff was helpful but then no staff btwn 6pm and 10:30am. The AC unit was extremely loud. I did not get a good night's rest because it was too humid without AC and too loud with it on even at the lowest...

「The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building was clean and pretty. Only thing was the people upstairs walk so heavy that it woke us but other then that it was a perfect stay!」

「We loved our stay at The Rockport House. It was within walking distance to town, though there is no staff on the premises, with one call or text, we had every question answered. Loved our room, loved the places to sit in the shade. We will definitely be back! One suggestion, have a water refilling station in the main house.」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. 」
