「Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.」

「The room was clean, but tight for a family of four. Housekeeping staff did very little. They left dirty cups in the room and did not replace them. We had to carry our cups down to reception to ask for replacements. They replaced towels and made beds, but would move around our things and a bracelet went missing. Fortunately, it was not very valuable, but it was a new memento of Malta that had just been purchased and just disappeared from the room while we were out. So frustrating! The breakfast...

「The owners welcome you like family. They’re very thoughtful and detailed oriented. The property is right smack in the middle of everything, which is very convenient. Although it’s in the midst of bars and restaurants, we don’t hear anything from outside. I had good sleep every night. The room was quiet and cool. The bed very comfortable. 「Initial issue with room, but very quickly sorted by the hotel. Pool club excellent staff efficient and very helpful. Hotel conveniently located. Spa very good we enjoyed our treatments. Breakfast ok plenty to choose from. Would stay there again」

「Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」
