「The room was nice and breakfast options were good. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub when we arrived after traveling all day. However, the hotel rented out the conference room for a kid's birthday party and everyone from that party was in the pool and hot tub. There were probably 25-30 people in that small area, so there wasn't much room for any of the hotel guests until late at night.」

「It is a historic three story home built in the 1800’s on 9 acres. The 6 rooms are richly appointed. The area is surrounded by corn fields. The owner, Hans is an excellent friendly host and a first class musician. He also serves as a breakfast chef and serves french toast from a family secret recipe. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if luckily our travels bring us back to the area. Highly recommended.」

「It was disgusting. Bugs — many dead and some alive — were everywhere. The front desk guy was creepy. The mattress pad was horribly stained. The room was very poorly designed. There was not a single space available in the parking lot. Could not have been worse…」
