“Clean rooms, quiet, updated, pool, outside sitting area. Our host sam was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us how everything worked in the room and was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again. The next time im in town.”

“All staff was great. Especially service folks. The front desk folks was a misfit. Not welcoming. But because of limited exposure to them and the rest of staff excellent. I’m rating excellence on all other staff especially restaurant, beach, bar, and pool area. ”

“Pool area and staff are amazing. Beach access is great. Only 1 elevator working and it's small so waiting for availability of elevator was frustrating. Had to constantly ask for room to be cleaned and at times they would only make beds. Had to ask for towels daily to shower and they never vacuumed. We had sand on floor from beach. ”

“The pool was clean, parking easy, the problem is the staff, they are great people but they never are in the office ”

“With the exception of a clump of long hair in the shower and the floor has a dirty film on it. Every time I stepped on the bath mat... it stuck to my feet. That didn't happen after I take a shower. Other than that, the room was okay. ”

“The room had not been cleaned . All surfaces were nasty. There were dirty cups and glasses in the cabinet . The entire property is in dire need of repair and renovation. ”

“Clean room. Loved the daily cleaning. Many places do not do that anymore. The nespresso in the room was wonderful. Can’t beat the location. ”
