「Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. 」

「Host was great with communication leading up. Place met and exceeded our expectations. Nice short walk to the center of Bibury and it’s beauty. Would make a great hub for a multi-day stay」

「Cozy but modern and sufficiently equipped cottage in a perfect location for us - close but not too close the busy village centre and a little playground just nearby. Hiking trails pass nearby. 」

「Great place to stay!」

「Very nice newer property. Very well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and very nice. Excellent to have an assigned parking space. Very good location in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water.」

「This cottage is AMAZING! The location is unbelievable to be right in town, yet, very quiet! High end finishes and had everything we needed. We will absolutely book to stay again!」

「We found the property extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts, Fiona and Jonathan were very welcoming and friendly. It proved to be a good base for exploring Cheltenham and surrounding area.」

「Brilliant accommodation, the host has thought of everything to ensure guests are comfortable. Great communication prior to and throughout our stay. Will definitely be recommending and returning in the near future. Thanks so much!」

「Vile!! Was a 21 day stay!! We had to ask for a vacuum cleaner, didn’t have more than 10 hangers, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one kitchen towel, one half roll of paper towels, and had one bath towel each and had to buy our own! Bedding was dirty upon arrival!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Over charged for a trashy house with minimal supplies for a family of 5 staying for 21 days!」

「Stayed here with a group of friends. Really comfortable house, great outside space, well equipped. We’ve stayed at several different properties around the Cotswold Lakes and would definitely choose to return to this one.」

「The house was in very good condition, well equipped and spacious for our group. It is close to facilities such as the spa, gym, tennis courts and swimming pools.」
