「Property very difficult to find as out of date pictures & false impression of outside. Property inside was fairly clean. But access stairs & Outlook really let it down as not clean. Apartmentment was well equipped & comfortable. Sadly shower was not working nor was the fan in the bathroom. It is however in a very noisy area late at night & early in the morning, so personally would not stay here with children. However it is very close to all amenities.」

「The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. 「The host was slow to reply to messages. We found it hard to locate the house and when we did, the keys didn't work. It was dark and we had three children with us. I messaged the host and he phoned me about two hours later, by which time, my daughter had gone around to the next street to the other door and managed to get in.
