「Lovely location and room sea view was spectacular over the rock pools which were lovely to swim in. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and also gave us a packed breakfast/lunch when we had to head out early on tours. The roof top pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely to relax in at the end of a packed day. Only downside is the infrequent public transport to Funchal so you will need to catch Bolts so end up pricey. If you have a hire car it’s an ideal location Loved this 5 night...

「Clean, quiet, and friendly staff! The view could have been better if there was not a big tree infront of the balcony obstructing the ocean view. The A/C was a big plus in the summer. The amenities looked great ( wish they were open later in the night after a long day of hiking, we did not have time to use them during the day) breakfast was very good. Lots of variety! 「This property has got all of the necessary elements to be great but fails in spite of itself. The staff are friendly but inefficient. There is no direct service to the rooftop pool, the only outside pool which fails to meet basic service. The restaurant food was good but the service was not. 「Das Personal war sehr vorzukommend und hat soweit wie möglich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung in Sao Vicente. Nach einem aufregenden Tag konnte man gut z.B. am Pool und im Whirlpool abschalten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Ein großes Lob ans Hotel für die schöne Atmosphäre und das Feeling.」
