“Very limited food/snacks to purchase. At breakfast there were no eggs or pancakes”

“The Hotel was in the process of the complete roof being redone. with the noise and hammer guns going on all day. There was no peace”

“Quick replies. The house is an adorable, well decorated cottage type. We enjoyed our stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. The backyard has a great pergola with table and chairs and also a fire pit. Unfortunately, we were there with tons of ice and snow so did not get to enjoy it. Hopefully, we'll be able to go back.”

“We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately it did not match the listing or photos.Upon arrival, the home did not appear clean—surfaces and floors needed attention. We also encountered multiple pests during our stay, including a spider, roach, ants, and fruit flies.The kitchen was not as advertised. Photos showed a well-stocked space with appliances, spices, and coffee, but many of those items were missing. Basic necessities like adequate silverware and dish towels were also……

“My friend got married at a family farm near Powhatan, and we couldn’t find a hotel that wasn’t 45 mins away. Then my girlfriend found this home and it literally made our little mini vacation. The owner is nice, and the horses are super friendly. Didn’t get to take advantage of the horseback riding, but if given just one more day, we for sure would have!”
