“cancel my booking without notice checkin at 12p and asked me to come after4pm arrived at 4p and told me the booking has been cancelled bad experience ”

“Getting into car park when coming from town centre could be better signposted. Room was fine, minor lighting issues, having a fan was good as very muggy.”

“Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving ”

“Breakfast was little late if I’m Honest so didn’t eat there but food was fantastic.. banging shower and room very tidy.. would stay again plenty of parking and free.”

“We like the size of the room. Both the room, bathroom and room linens clean, but having an open shower in a bathroom that is not a wet room resulted in water spraying everywhere. I was concerned about the risks without proper waterproofing, as moisture can easily damage a building's subfloor. The hotel is tucked away surrounded by a woodland garden. Nice place for a morning stroll. Downside of staying in rooms of the main hotel - was the noise level in an open, older building is at times high……

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”

“The rooms were very nice and big, but the skirting boards were pretty filthy. Check in was good. Breakfast was poor. No staff to help.”

“On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). However, if you come by vehicle vans use the front car park opposite the pub/hotel (2 car……
