「Room was clean and in great condition. Came with all the standard amenities and some very swanky furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location and offers both in-room, on site, and nearby breakfast and dining options. I stayed here in January and, while I was highly pleased with how quiet it was, I cannot speak to whether the same would be true when the event calendar at Wrigley Stadium is active. Would stay here again.」

「I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. I loved the vibe and the thoughtful touches, like the food available...our panini was delicious! We also enjoyed a show at The Vic and returned to unwind with some Italian wine. The shower was stunning, and everything was well-labeled and convenient. The next day, we relaxed in the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was...

「Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! 」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean. Would really recommend staying here. 」

「We had the best stay at Rays and will definitely be back! Everything about this place is fantastic, its hard to know where to begin, but the care and love put into their B&B can be felt for real. And had an unbelievably comfy and restful sleep. Woke up feeling refreshed, and had the best made to order breakfast!」
