“Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend”

“Very cute and cozy cottage with easy access to the town and the university. Excellent host. Looking forward to booking it again during our son’s study years at Longwood University.”

“The Fox Den is just as cute as in the pictures! It is the perfect cozy getaway spot. This place has all of the essentials you could possibly need during your stay! At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back.……

“I’m an older single traveler and I was looking to enjoy the pool, the scenery, and an opportunity to kick back and do some reading. This property was absolutely perfect for that! The cottage was exactly as described, with everything you would need for a very relaxing stay in a bucolic spot - plus a great pool! Also on the expansive and beautiful property are a number of rescue dogs - sweet-tempered, beautiful and healthy, and very much loved. It was my hope - and my choice - to interact with……
