「This apartment checks all the boxes. Lovely decor, convenient to most of the major attractions, and comfortable. Simona made check in and check out very easy. She is very approachable and ready to help with any concerns. The apartment is big enough for four adults without any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone.」

「This flat was the perfect place to start our vacation. It is central to so many sites. It was about a 30 minute still to the Vatican. There is a little restaura right across from the front door with good wine. Trastevere is a place to stay if you want to be around the local scene. We definitely recommend staying here.」

「We enjoyed our stay here and really liked the ease of walking to nearby points of interest. The home was cute and clean. The manager was great with communicating, meeting us upon our arrival and showing us how things worked. We really liked getting to have a washing machine inside the unit! The only downside was that there was construction on the street and the noise definitely traveled upstairs, but we were already getting up and ready for the day when it started so it didn't affect us much.」

「The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services.」
