「This hotel was an amazing experience for our honeymoon and first time in Costa Rica! Staff is very nice and always available to assist. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous. The pools were fun to play in, or soak at the end a long day of adventures. The slides were a nice touch. We'd love to return.」

「酒店位置深入火山公园，有段路需要急后转弯，晚上没有灯，有点吓人，相比其他酒店确实远一些。 前台的美女姐姐非常贴心，给出了很多建议，她家有不少tour可选，方便出行。房间很大，古朴装饰，比较喜欢，就是卫生间洗澡没有地台，水会留出去是个缺陷。 早餐的面包和水果自助，正餐是点餐制有四种，均没有菜。晚餐的汤很赞。 泳池酒吧很好，温泉的，度假村感觉人比较少」

「We love this cozy hotel so much - the hot springs are clean and nice. The room itself is lovely. The staffs we met are all very friendly and helpful. We booked the last minute night walk when checking in for next day and they were able to make it. We love the early morning breakfast where you could see many birds enjoying the fruits on the trees. And the best breakfast fruits plate as well! The food from the onsite restaurants is also fantastic - highly recommend their garden vegetables and any...

「Really nice place 」

「This place is amazing! The water slide and all the pools are incredible! The landscaping is a classy beautiful tropical garden and it lent privacy to the rooms. There is a huge gate when you enter and it will make you feel safe, taking away the unknown risks of traveling. All staff were warm and friendly. Johstyn and Maria were very helpful and answered so many questions gracefully. The staff at the restaurant are great too. Don’t pass on the shrimp ceviche at the restaurant, it has a perfect...
