“When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door. For sanitary reasons and since they live close I did not think getting a face towel would be an issue and was told they aren't a hotel (which I thought l had booked). They……

“My husband and I was there for valentine day weekend. The room was very clean and relaxing. The only thing was that the A/C stopped working. Otherwise it was a really nice stay. My husband and I will definitely stay here again. To step outside of our room and the beach is at the back door was everything. The food at the restaurant was very good. I wish they would have informed us that they were hosting a special valentine day dinner. We would have waited to have dinner to enjoy the experience.”

“The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. ”
