「Clean property and well maintained. Staff was attentive but English was tough for some of the staff workers. Pool bar was slow and there is no drink service at the beach. Entertainment was great but the restaurants left you hungry still. Overall a great hotel which we will visit again. Pools were amazing and not crowded. 」

「Chez Waffle has a pretty back lounge area with view of the water and fish swimming into the inlet. The condition of the rooms is a bit dated. The prices of food on the high side. It is extremely quiet in this gated community. If you want lots to do, you are isolated. I did diviving and day trips every day, so spend little time at the hotel (only evenings). The local busses that run between Playa an d Tulum are excellent. Very cheap! Overall, enjoyed my stay and would do this again. I recommend...
