“He estado en mas de 7 hotels de Mexico, y nunca he dejado ningun review negativo. En este caso lo hago porque realmente espero que ayude a mejorar. El hotel en cualquier momento colapsa por falta de mantenimiento, los cojnes de la piscina descocidos, sucios, una cucaracha inmensa en la habitacion, el shower con salideros, los pisos sucios, nunca hubo un recibimiento como en otros lugares, la mayoria de los restaurantes cerrados Excepto la humildad de meseros y meseras no tengo nada que rescatar,……

“We had an amazing time at this resort, it was clean and there was a large selection of food at the buffets and the à la carte dining was excellent. We wanted to mention the excellent staff, especially the entertainment team (and Naima, Gabriel and Alberto) who made our stay super fun as well as the great night performers.”

“The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water……

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic with lots of activities and great dining choices. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional. Everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a perfect stay.The only feedback……

“The property was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful. Be aware, though, that upon arrival you will have to go through a 90 minute “presentation” where they basically try to sell you a time share. This was bothersome because we only stayed Monday through Friday. It was frustrating to give up that much time for a service we weren’t interested in. The staff trying to sell us the time share also became very obviously irked when we declined to buy it at the end of the……
